I took a premium membership last week. I was never sent a passowrd, but was able to download. I am now being asked for a password - I have twice requested a password reset - but I never get the email. Please look into this.

I have been trying to reset my login information three times and you keep saying you are sending a password reset link to my email but NOTHING ever arrives. I check the inbox, spam and bulk files and I have even disabled my vpn. My order ID is 9752692. Premiumkey says the problem originates with you. Please email me the link so that I can reset my login information so that I can finally use your service which I have paid for.
I have been trying for an entire day and this is very frustrating.
Please fix this immediately.
